Would you like to work in a well-respected residential home, with beautiful grounds and a stunning sea view?

We are currently looking to recruit a **carer** to join our successful team at Grenham Bay Court. We are located in Birchington and we provide support and care for 33 elderly residents with varied needs, this includes diagnosis of dementia and also palliative care. We are thrilled to have been rated GOOD by CQC at our latest inspection.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated carer to join our home, which is known for its homely, comfortable surroundings and warm cheery, family atmosphere.

Our home’s mission is to bring hospitality, care, independence, and support to our residents, according to their person-centred needs and wishes, to ensure they have the best quality of life.

The role is full time and offers part time or full time contracts per week. We offer competitive rates of pay which varies depending on your age, experience and qualifications.

We provide ongoing training, to grow and develop in your role and we also offer career progression opportunities.
