We have a new opportunity for enthusiastic Senior Resourcing Advisors to join our team. The role will provide the support and leadership to a busy Resourcing Team. You will be a team player, committed to helping us achieve our ambition to become an 'Employer of Choice’. This is a rewarding role where you will support and lead a great team.

It’s a really exciting time to join the team as we set off on an improvement journey to support the trust with its ambitious recruitment plans.

We use the TRAC Recruitment system so applicants will need to have significant experience of using and administering the system.

Main duties of the job

The Senior Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for the provision, administration and monitoring of an effective, high quality recruitment and resourcing service ensuring that all recruitment policies and guidelines are adhered to.

To support the employment of employees to the Trust and ensure that operational recruitment/resourcing activity is customer focused, efficient, effective and delivered to the highest possible professional standards.

To develop effective working relationships with designated Divisions/Directorates ensuring resourcing issues are identified; understood and individual service needs are dealt with effectively.

To be an efficient and accurate user of all IT systems and databases used by the Resourcing Team, including ESR, NHS Jobs, TRAC, e-DBS and other systems.

Training & Qualifications

Essential criteria
- Diploma or equivalent level qualification / recent work experience
- Good standard of English and Maths

Experience

Essential criteria
- Administration experience working in a busy office environment
- Previous experience of delivering a high quality, customer focussed service Recent experience of work involving regular and accurate data inputting to strict deadlines
- Experience using Microsoft Office packages (word/excel/databases)
- Experience delivering training

Desirable criteria
- Previous NHS experience
- Previous experience of working with the Electronic Staff Record system (ESR)
- Previous experience working within a Recruitment/HR/Payroll department

Communication and relationship skills

Essential criteria
- Communication and relationship skills
- Able to work as part of a team, providing assistance and to cover for colleagues when required
- Ability to provide and receive complex information

Analytical and Judgement skills

**Salary**: The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.
