Office Administrator

**Responsibility**:
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support daily office operations
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet and assist visitors
- Manage and maintain office and other supplies inventory
- Manage the Loyverse till, cash and card payments.
- Managing Zero including inputting and numbering receipts, income and expenses on Zero
- Raise invoices and chase payments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and messages
- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, organising documents for easy retrieval
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, hires, events and rotas
- Input activity/project data for reporting and collating evidence
- Creating posters and adverts
- Updating website
- Facebook posts
- Liaise with manager
- Other ad hoc duties that may be required
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs and perform basic troubleshooting
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience using Zero would be an advantage however training will be provided
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
