We’re a friendly, design-led company and are looking for professional, but friendly Customer Service Administrator our established team, working full time, Monday to Friday.
Based at our Head Office in Liskeard, Cornwall you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to all our UK customers, including order processing and supporting them with any queries they may have.
In additional to the Head Office, which includes a large warehouse serving the UK, we also have offices and showrooms in Sheffield, Spain, Italy, and China, and a large warehouse in the Wroclaw, Poland for all our customers outside the UK
**The role**
**Responsibilities**:
- General Office Admin - Including posting payments, invoicing and credit notes.
- Order Processing - Dealing directly with website managers, coordinating order printing, payment and refund processing, credit notes, invoicing and general account admin.
**Requirements**:
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Confident, outgoing personally.
- Strong organisational and administration skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Computer literate.
- Able to work on own initiative but also as part of team.
- Previous experience of working in an office environment essential.
**Hours of work**
Full time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
**Location**
Lowman Works, East Taphouse, Cornwall, PL14 4NQ.
**Package**
- £21,673.60 per annum.
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising with service.
