Location of the Warehouse Supervisor position: York

A growing engineering company in the York area are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities.

You will implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. You will be someone that can work to high standards and thrives to ensure daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations.

**Duties of the Warehouse Supervisor opportunity**:

- Achieve high levels of internal customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring the quality of goods
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
- Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
- Interface with internal customers to answer questions or solve problems
- Maintain items records, document necessary information and utilize reports to project stores status
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovatively or adjust existing work procedures and practices
- Confer and coordinate activities with other departments
- Increase and maintain stock accuracy records

£28K plus OT x1.5
Days - Monday to Friday
25 days holiday plus stats
