**The Capacity team leader will be required to**: Ensure the division has enough capacity to admit patients from ED/Home/SDEC Have responsibility for direct management of staff including appraisal, capability and sickness Be an effective leader and role model. The post requires two weekends to be worked per month. Work flexibly as a member of the team to ensure standards are being maintained, evaluated and where necessary improved. Contribute to the work of time-limited committees and project groups.

Undertake any other duties that may reasonably be required.
