Maintenance Co-ordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Establishing and maintaining excellent communication with landlords, tenants, contractors, or other relevant parties
- Willingness to hold in-person, telephone and virtual meetings with landlords, tenants, contractors, or other relevant parties
- Arranging for any maintenance required to ensure compliance with the 'Repairing Standard' and monitoring its progress to ensure completion within agreed timescales
- Arranging for any works required from the Inventory to be completed and deal with any landlord and tenant issues arising there from. Assisting with the compiling of evidence required for the Tenancy Deposit Scheme
- Establish and nurture good relationships with clients, business connections, branch office colleagues, the wider lettings team and other departments
- Assist with managing the panel of sub-contractors ensuring they meet predetermined KPI's in accordance with any SLAs in place
- Providing general assistance to Property Managers with the management of the firm’s property portfolio and clients
- Take responsibility for own personal development and maintain awareness of market conditions and trends, keeping appraised of legislative changes and industry news
- Engagement with marketing department to increase profile of landlord services via the company’s social media outlets
- Actively manage and minimise any risk to the company, whether financially, legally, or reputationally, ensuring compliance with the Letting Agent Code of Practice
- Identify and develop other business opportunities for this or other departments within the firm including sales, financial services, etc
- Providing support to the management team and colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the department, working together to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve performance related bonus targets.

- Business, legal, property or financial degree
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Ability to efficiently prioritise and manage busy workload
- IT Literate with the ability to use multiple integrated systems
- Exceptional customer service skills
**Desirable**
- Minimum of 6 months experience in property or maintenance position
- Previous property maintenance support experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
