Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Caretaker Supervisor on a permanent basis at our North East London site covering sites across the area.

**A bit about the role**:
To be responsible for the volume and standard of work across all sites and be responsible for maintaining the internal and external areas of Peabody estates and providing a clean and safe environment for the residents, their guests, employees and other visitors.

As a Caretaker Supervisor, you will be required to clean communal internal and external areas including, estate roads, grassed and paved areas, courtyard/garage/forecourt/shed areas, washing line enclosures, service roads, footpaths, walkways, playgrounds, flower beds, shrubbery and other communal parts as directed using appropriate supplied equipment.

Some other key results for the role include:

- To supervise, motivate a team of environmental caretakers.
- To prioritise work of team and co-ordinate all related activities, to ensure the delivery of an efficient, high quality and safe service.
- To ensure environmental caretakers act as a point of contact with residents and with third parties.
- To be prepared to be on a call out rota for evenings and weekends
- To be responsible for reporting any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the residents or the property.
- This role will require Basic DBS check and a UK driver’s licence_
