**Role** Operations Coordinator

**Salary** £32,000 DOE plus bonus (up to 4%), pension, health plan

**Hours** Monday to Friday 40 hours per week 08:30 - 17:30

Teleios Recruitment are delighted to be continuously supporting the growth of their world leading specialist manufacturing client in Ashbourne.

Due to promotion within the company this fantastic opportunity to become a significant part of the company’s operational success is available.

**The role**
- Produce working plan for the production to include
- Management of time and attendance for the production teams
- Liaising with recruitment agencies for temporary labour to cover peak periods of production
- Complete reports for absence, overtime, weekend working, shift changes and bonuses
- Update training records
- Provide weekly reports on hours worked, shifts and any shortages
- Organise medicals for all production staff as appropriate
- Management of company workwear

**About you**
- Able to work well under pressure, demonstrate strong organisational skills and be confident in decision making
- Able to work within a fast-paced environment, while being accurate, flexible and self-motivated.
- Prepared to work in a changing environment
- A good team player who understands the need to work together and support other colleagues

**Qualifications and experience requirements**
- GCSE Maths & English Grade C or above
- Due to the seasonal nature of our business, a flexible approach to working hours is essential.
- Good communication skills and ability to communicate across all areas of the business

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £32,000.00 per year
