Role: Payroll Specialist

Location: Loughborough

**Salary**: £28,000 - £30,000 plus study support and bonus

Hybrid: 4 days in the office, parking available

**Responsibilities**:

- Collecting and checking data from the Time & Attendance system.
- Accurate and timely inputting and checking of payroll data including taxable benefits.
- Ensure the UK payroll is processed in collaboration with ADP in accordance with payroll processing deadlines.
- Processing and recording of third-party payments; PAYE, Pensions, Benefits, etc.
- Produce and provide regular payroll reports based on accurate records.
- Pro actively support and coach managers to improve payroll process knowledge and improve interdepartmental working to reduce repetitive queries, improve payroll accuracy and employee satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years experience processing payroll is essential
- Studying towards their CIPP qualifications
- Payroll and time attendance software proficiency preferably ADP
- Ability to work quickly and accurately whilst under pressure with high attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
