The company is in a period of growth and is now looking to recruit a dedicated Events Officer to support the Global Marketing & Communications team to deliver both internal and external client events in the UK. The UK Events Officer will also support in the delivery of events internationally when needed and they will be involved in the coordination of all the events that are planned in the UK.
**Main duties**
- The development of clear plans for each event delivered that align with Assystem’s business objectives
- All project management activities relating to the organisation and execution of events including the management of delegate lists and RSVPs, liaison with event speakers, preparation of event content such as event programmes and speaker PowerPoints
- Working with graphic design packages to produce promotional event material such as infographics, adverts, and other content for use on websites and social media platforms
- Cultivating smooth and efficient communications regarding events between stakeholders inside and outside the business
- Working on a day-to-day basis with the global Marketing & Communications team on transversal projects

- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Comfortable working with graphic design packages such as Canva and Photoshop
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional Information
**Security Clearance**
Due to the nature of work to be undertaken applicants will be required to meet certain residency criteria in order to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance.
