Transport Planner

Bredbury

Mon-Friday 7.30am-6pm.

Experienced transport planner required for busy haulage company, assisting in running a varied fleet of vehicles.

The role will include

You should have a good all round knowledge of vehicles within our fleet including low loaders and hi-abs. You should have good verbal and written communication skills, be computer literate, have a good knowledge of system-based planning tools, ideally Roadrunner, strong administrative and customer service skills, the ability to work under pressure and have the ability to work on your own initiative. You should have good UK geographical knowledge and be familiar with the rules regarding WTD and drivers hours. A CPC qualification would be an advantage.

Hours are 7.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday plus one Saturday morning in three.

Salary will be between £28-£32,000 dependent upon experience.
