Niramax Rubber Products Limited is a small business in Hartlepool who have recently gone under new ownership, we are looking to expand the team. As a Yard operative, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for various tasks related to yard operations. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operations on site.

**Responsibilities**:

- Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and trailers
- Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and other mechanical equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized yard area
- Perform general yard maintenance tasks

**Skills**:

- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent organizational skills for maintaining an orderly yard area

Please note that this position may require heavy lifting and working outdoors for extended periods of time.

Pay: £11.50-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
