**Description**

**Your duties will include, but not restricted to**:

- Coordinate payroll information accordingly
- Reporting sickness absence, annual leave and other leave
- Processing resignations, coordinating exit interviews and collating/reporting the findings
- Oversee the maternity/paternity process
- Provide accurate metrics each week
- Support with any employee relations issues, assisting with note taking at meetings and direct them to the appropriate policies and guidance notes where necessary
- general HR day-to-day tasks

**Profile**

**To be considered for this role**:

- CIPD level 3 (desirable)
- Experience within a HR Payroll environment
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literacy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
