Black Sheep Utilities are seeking a dedicated Internal Recruitment Executive to drive our ambitious growth plans for the flock In this comprehensive role, you will be responsible for all recruitment activities within the business to ensure we are always hiring the best talent for the flock and having the benefit of seeing the impact that your pivotal role produces.

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and publish job advertisements onto relevant media outlets. Develop sound relationships with suppliers ensuring the maximum exposure for our vacancies.
- Proactively approach talent for our open vacancies.
- Promote the role on social media.
- Screen CVs received, calling every applicant to screen and promote Black Sheep.
- Liaise with manager to design interview questions which test aptitude and capture the type of employee that Black Sheep are looking for.
- Conduct telephone and face to face interviews and provide feedback to applicants. Forming a sound opinion on whether to progress to the next stage of the recruitment process.
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Issue offer letters, contracts and other induction information to new hires.
- Conduct the relevant new starter checks including right to work and employee references.
- Ensuring accuracy of data within our HR system and employee records.
- Maintain the company’s reputation by managing and responding to Glass Door and similar social media sites reviews.
- Research and recommend additional methods of reaching out to new recruits.
- Monitor effectiveness of recruitment campaigns to streamline and ascertain what works well.
- Work with managers to ascertain growth schedules and essential/desired employee attributes.

KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- Maintain high levels of professionalism as the first ‘face’ of the company and promote the company’s reputation as ‘best place to work’.
- Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or anything similar.
- The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised and ability to manage own workload with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a range of people of different levels within the company.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- High integrity and aptitude to handle sensitive information.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- A positive, proactive attitude and like to have fun

NECESSARY EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
- At least 2 years in a recruitment-based role.
- Internal recruitment experience is essential.
- Completion of secondary education is essential.
- Previous experience working with People HR is desirable but not essential.

**Salary -**

£27,000 - £35,000 OTE
