As a Sales Advisor you will be looking to start a career with Automotive Direct a new leading car sales service in the automotive industry. Excellent communication skills, fluent spoken English, the ability to persuade and influence with strong presentation skills. The Role

As a sales consultant, you must be an excellent relationship builder and communicator whilst being bright, as you will become an expert in your field. You will be supplied with very warm leads on a daily basis who you will then contact. You will also be greeting customers and scheduling appointments.

We are individuals with a strong sense of professionalism and a little bit of charisma, individuals who could talk their way into and out of anything This role is mostly telephone based sales, approaching potential business customers and making an initial introduction regarding our product or service. To be successful in this type of work you need to be confident, articulate and above all a good listener; in sales, success can be based on what you hear - looking for opportunities to sell to, and listening for potential objections. Once you’ve identified a potential customer you’ll start to build a relationship based on integrity and transparency, securing the relevant documentation to enable colleagues to take the next steps.

You may also be required to do book and manage vehicle repairs with our local mechanics, as well as take the vehicles to be washed for picturing as well as ready for viewings. You will be required to take care of our vehicles when carefully driving them around the premises or on the roads.

Duties
- Answers questions about product specifications and pricing
- Accurately and efficiently enters customer information
- Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches
- Assists sales colleagues with arranging meetings and sales calls with customers
- Contacts customers in response to correspondence or feedback
- Manage vehicle repair bookings
- Take vehicles to get washed

We are looking to develop a team of individuals all focused on the same goal: business generation. There will be a dedicated training resource for the team, and everyone will receive a vast amount of bespoke training related to the individual’s needs and the role they are recruited to fulfil.

**Responsibilities**:
⦁ Responsible for assisting the manager with all office duties

You will display excellent customer service skills, be motivated to achieve your targets whilst ensuring quality of service is not compromised, with a drive, energy and commitment to seek every possible sales opportunity.

Experience in this role would be beneficial, however full training will be provided.
