We're looking for Construction Management Degree Apprentice to join our Construction team based in Gloucester, Gloucestershire, working towards a Level 6 apprenticeship in Construction Management.

Thinking of going to university? But also want to gain practical skills and earn at the same time? We might just have the programme for you. The Kier Degree apprenticeship programme offers you the opportunity to study for a degree, completely cost free, all whilst gaining practical experience in our industry.

**Location**: Gloucester, Gloucestershire

**Contract**: Permanent

**Salary**: £18,500 per annum - With an earning potential of £35k+ upon completion of the course

**Start date**: Summer 2024

**How does a degree apprenticeship work?**

As a Construction Management Degree Apprentice you'll have the opportunity to gain practical experience whilst you study towards a BSc Construction Management with our university partner, Sheffield Hallam, **with all tuition and accommodation fees covered by us.**

You'll work closely with the Construction team to design and deliver buildings that are key to the UK's infrastructure.

Your day to day will include:

- Managing and motivating the projects workforce
- Establishing and maintaining the relationship with the client through and beyond the construction phase
- Implementing all the company's relevant health, safety, and wellbeing policies
- Assessing, reviewing, and mitigating any contractual risks and value
- attending university during pre-determined block weeks to attend lectures and meet other students on your course

**What are we looking for?**

To enrol onto your degree, you will need:
Level 4 or above in GCSE maths and English
- 2 A-Levels
- Level 3 BTEC National Certificate/Diploma/Extended Diploma **Or **Advanced Diploma in a construction related topic
- Other Level 3 BTEC qualifications will also be considered, preferably with some work experience
