Thorn Baker Construction is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial aspects of our construction projects in Gloucestershire.

About the Role:

  • Ensure accurate financial management of all sites and projects, including weekly and monthly payments.
  • Assist with valuations, variations, and site visits to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient site operations and compliance with Health & Safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Full HNC or Degree qualification in construction or a related field.
  • Previous experience in natural stone or specialist subcontractors is beneficial.
