The role will be to attend local Job Centre Plus to engage with unemployed people to attend work related qualifications offered by the company. Further to this will be to establish contact and engage a long standing working relationship with local youth and community centres offering work related qualifications offered by the company.

You will make contact with local companies to engage in vocational qualifications and develop a relationship for companies to engage with our learners to provide work placement opportunities.

You will also be required to perform paperwork duties at the office.

Own car user is essential and a mileage allowance is paid as part of the post requirements.

**Essential Requirements**
- Full driving license with own car
- Smart appearance
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent timekeeper
- Ability to meet monthly targets
- Good eye for detail
- Good English and Maths
- Ability to work unsupervised and work as part of a team
- A will to succeed
- Good IT skills
- Excellent influencing skills

**Desirable**
- Worked in a training environment previously
- Worked with government funding paperwork

The role is full time permanent working;
Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm

24 days holiday per year plus 8 statutory days.

Mileage Allowance paid monthly
