Your potential new employer is looking for an **Executive Secretary** for their contentious Trust and Probate team on a 1 year fixed term contract.

As the new **Executive Secretary** you will be a hardworking and organised individual who will lead the support team for a period of 12 months on a full-time basis to cover the role of the executive secretary during her maternity leave. You will needto be adaptable and show initiative to deliver a high quality service to clients. You will act as a "first port of call" to the firm in terms of representing the team's support staff.

Your main responsibilities as the new **Executive Secretary** are;
- Managing the support function in the team, to ensure a seamless service for fee earners
- Approving support team holiday and arranging cover
- Conducting support team PDRs
- Recruitment and induction of new support team members
- Liaison with HR regarding attendance on training course, CPD points etc.
- Fast/accurate audio and copy typing
- Diary management (including arranging meetings and making travel arrangements when necessary)
- Creating bundles using the firm's PDF docs software
- Drafting bills and printing billing guides
- General admin (inc. filing and photocopying)
