French or German Speaking Graduate Accounts Junior

This is a fantastic opportunity for an efficient and effective administrator to work within the Finance team.
You must speak a second language to be sucessful in this role.
You will be supporting and ensuring the smooth-running and integrity of the credit control function, on an adminsistration basis whilst maintaining high levels of professionalism and actively collaborating with others, sharing your knowledge, skills, and ideas.
No experience required for graduates who have worked a year in industry
- Developing, updating, and maintaining cash flow and=spreadsheets.
- Assist with the production of cash flow reports and report any subsequent concerns.
- Assisting the credit control team in all aspects of the function
- Communicate and liaise with the Business Unit regarding payments.
- Investigate missing or queried invoices, liaising with relevant departments as necessary.
- Post and allocate incoming payments from customers to their designated accounts.
- Report unallocated payments and anomalies to the Customer Service Team
- Collate all petty cash (both incomings and outgoings) and process staff expenses and mileage claims.
- Have a good understanding of general financial procedures, with an ability to adhere to filing and other general clerical duties.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Experience in general admin and competent in adhoc administrative tasks.
- Competent use of Microsoft Office software (advanced knowledge of Excel with proficient knowledge of formulas and macros) and accountancy systems.
- 12 months experience working in an accounting/administrative role.
- GCSE (B Grade) in Mathematics and English (or equivalent)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is desirable but not essential
- Methodical, organised and detail orientated
