**PACKING PLANT SUPERVISOR - SCOTLAND - PERMANENT - £35,755 - £53,633**

Arm are currently working with a leading infrastructure building materials company, who are currently seeking for a professional Packing Plant Supervisor who is based in Scotland.

**About You**:

- You will need to have supervision/ management experience.
- You will need experience in Lean Manufacturing.
- You will need to be able to adapt and implement change easily.
- You will need to be Willing to attend training in all areas required for efficient plant monitoring.

**What you will be doing**:

- You will be undertaking daily briefings.
- You will be supporting the plant daily including general maintenance of the machinery.
- You will be ordering stock/supplies.
- You will be undertaking site visits when required.

The offices are based in Scotland. You will need a full clean Driver's Licence.

There may be some weekend work required.

Salary for this role is between £35,755 - £53,633 dependant on experience and suitability, other benefits for this role include: 6 and 12-month salary reviews in the first year, company matched pension and much more included.
