Civil Infrastructure Project Manager

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting a Civil Site Supervisor to work on a 9 Month Contract based in Dunbar. Estimated annual salary for this position is between £50,000 - £70,000 depending on experience.
Job OverviewThis role is INSIDE IR35.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as an Engineer, Agent, or Foreman with a proven track record of successful delivery. Temporary Works knowledge and qualifications are nice to have but not essential.
Duties and Responsibilities- Close out and final sign off of all remaining Civil and environmental activities relating to the end of a 4 year construction project.
- Liaise with client to ensure sufficient documentation and evidence is available to ensure successful acceptance and takeover.
- Oversee the coordination of remaining Civil construction activities and ensure it is carried out in accordance with programme and client requirements.
- Monitor programme and attendance of resources to ensure programme can be met.
- Observe and supervise the correct use of plant and equipment.
- Identify and resolve problems that may arise during the works.
- Detailed knowledge of Civil Construction practices including use of plant and equipment, ability to read and interpret drawings, and safe working practices.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Good planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent multitasking skills to allow attendance on multiple work fronts.
