NIKKEN Kosakusho Europe Ltd is a leading supplier of CNC rotary tables, tool systems and measuring devices working with customers in aerospace, automotive and Formula One, medical manufacturing and precision engineering. Based on the Advanced Manufacturing Park, in between Sheffield & Rotherham, our products are used in the manufacturing process by many high profile global brands.

We are now looking for a new Receptionist and Business Support Administrator to join our busy team.

Working at our state of the art facility on the Advanced Manufacturing Park, you’ll be responsible for welcoming visitors to the Innovation Centre, answering the switchboard and supporting all departments with administrative duties.

With a key administrative duty of supporting the Marketing Department particularly with events, uploading content to the website and preparing for customer visits, this is an ideal opportunity for a highly organised individual to join our enthusiastic and motivated team.

**Key Responsibilities of this role**:

- To provide a reception and switchboard service.
- To act as the first point of contact for telephone callers and visitors to NIKKEN.
- To manage the presentation of the reception area and provide refreshments for visitors.
- To arrange catering for on-site meetings where required.
- To liaise with the Facilities team on requirements for meetings and events.
- To manage diaries and organise meetings and appointments.
- To arrange travel, transport and accommodation for staff and visitors when required including visa confirmation letters for overseas visitors.
- To assist with organising events and conferences including acting as a host when required.
- To compose and type correspondence and compile and prepare reports, quotations and presentations.
- To maintain company calendar, databases and filing systems.
- To maintain the NIKKEN website and undertake some other marketing related tasks.
- To manage stationary/merchandise ordering and stock levels for the company.
- To manage and order staff uniform when required (shirts and jackets).
- To undertake any other reasonable tasks as required.

**Requirements for the role**:

- Prior experience with switchboard and reception duties.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Have a can-do attitude with a willingness to contribute and assist in all areas of the department.
- Have a driving license or be learning to drive.
- Have great communication skills.
- Be enthusiastic, passionate and proactive.
- Experience of Marketing related tasks and events co-ordination is advantageous.
