06 January 2023We are currently recruiting for our down to earth and friendly client who are based in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire. This is a new role which is due to the continued success of the company and a very exciting time to be joining them.
Due to the location of the company, your own transport is essential.

We are looking for a highly organised person with great customer service, excellent attention to detail and a positive can-do attitude. This is a busy and varied role where no 2 days are the same.
Duties include:

- Setting up new courses on the internal system, scheduling events and writing Joining Instructions.
- Liaising with trainers to ensure that they have all the information required to deliver the course, including any special delegate requirements.
- Printing and preparing course materials and delegate packs.
- Liaising with venues to confirm numbers, dietary requirements, room set up.
- Processing course bookings and invoicing where appropriate.
- General administration duties as required.

Skills / Personal Qualities required:

- Highly computer literate, conversant with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and an understanding of CRM systems.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Highly organised and efficient with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
- Demonstrate self-motivation, initiative with a positive and enthusiastic personality and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service and a personable manor.
- Demonstrate experience of administrative work.

This is full-time, office-based post of 37.5 hours per week, however, we will consider part-time (30+ hours a week). The company operates flexible-working hours and the dress code is casual.
