- This role is site based 5 days per week, Monday to Friday initially for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. There is the possibility the contract will be extended or made permanent but at this time no guarantees can be made._

**Purpose of the Role**

This exciting new Property & Facilities (P&F) Administrator opportunity has arisen to join our Operations team to provide support and carry out all administrative duties. You will report to the P&F Area Manager with a dotted line to the Head of P&F whilst working closely with Service Partners, sites and internal teams to help provide a best-in-class services by creating and maintaining great places to work.

**What you will do**

This is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. Collaborating with your Line Manager, you will develop your own objectives but focus on all of the following and more
- Providing operational and administration support to Property and Facilities team.
- Telephone calls to sites for general information as and when required.
- Basic Excel related tasks.
- Reporting and collating information for the Head of P&F and wider P&F team.
- Scanning documents.
- Liaising with Archiving provider and requesting destruction and/or retrieval of files in line with company retention policy.
- Arrange distribution of post, too large for mailboxes.
- Liaise with Service providers (related to role tasks) as required.

**Who we are looking for**

This is an opportunity for an IT literate, passionate, motivated, organised and enthusiastic individual who works well as part of a team but can also use their initiative. You will need to be professional, innovative and open to challenges and change whilst having a can-do, hands on approach. We are looking for someone is/has:

- Customer/client facing experience in a similar role
- GCSEs (Grade C or above) or higher education
- Excellent communications skills across all mediums.
