Fleet Source is a long-standing market leader, dominating the CPC market and the accreditation training space (FORS, Mission Zero). We service most of the major fleets in the UK and have a number of new product launches over 2024 to exploit new & untapped markets.

We deliver Driver CPC both face to face at client locations and virtually using our unique TV style studios from our head office in Letchworth.

We also offer a wide selection of In-Vehicle training at client locations including vans and HGV's - you will need to be either an ADI or have HGV experience to deliver this type of training.

We are ideally looking for experienced driver CPC trainers who can bring a good level of knowledge to the role. We pride ourselves on delivering high levels of delegate engagement so, you must also have good communication skills and ideally a teaching / training qualification.

We will also consider other transport professionals without previous training experience as we can provide additional support to help you reach your potential.

Saturday is one of our busiest days of the week, but as you would expect, we provide training services across 7 days every week and we are ideally looking to work with self-employed trainers who wish for a more regular multi day commitment each week. We can certainly offer regular work.

We provide mileage, hotel and sustenance support where required, however, our future focus is to maintain a sustainable and nationally based trainer pool, delivering market leading training within geographic regions
