**Job Description: Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse (Temporary)**:
Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse looking for temporary work? Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust is currently seeking Band 5 RMNs to join our team at Lynfield Mount Hospital in Bradford, West Yorkshire.

**Shift Start**: 19:30:00

**Shift End**: 08:00:00

**Payment Rate**: £270 per shift

**Payment Type**: PAYE

As a Band 5 RMN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with mental health disorders. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans for patients in your care.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
**Assessment and Care Planning**: You will conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health needs and develop individualized care plans to support their recovery and well-being.

**Medication Management**: You will be responsible for administering medication according to prescribed protocols and monitoring patients for any adverse reactions.

**Therapeutic Interventions**: You will facilitate therapeutic activities and interventions to promote patients' mental health and emotional well-being.

**Crisis Management**: You will respond to crises and emergency situations to ensure the safety and well-being of patients in your care.

**Documentation and Reporting**: You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patients' progress, interventions, and outcomes, and report any concerns to the relevant members of the team.

**Collaboration and Communication**: You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide holistic care to patients.
