Injection Moulding Tool Setter

**Easy-Trim Roofing & Construction Products are recruiting for an Injection Moulding Tool setter to join our team.**

**This role will be on a 14:00 - 22:00, Monday - Friday shift.**

**Hours of Work**: The hours of work will be 2pm - 10pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am to 4:00pm Friday - with a level of flexibility required to cover sickness and holidays when required.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Tool Setup and Maintenance**:

- Install and set up tools, and equipment for production runs.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on tools and machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the production team to address any tooling or production issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.

2. **Romi and Sepro Equipment Operation**:

- Utilize Romi injection moulding machines and Sepro Robot equipment to achieve efficient production outcomes.
- Operate, program, and adjust Romi and Sepro machines as needed.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.

3. **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct regular inspections of tools, production output parts and equipment to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to address any issues related to tooling and make necessary adjustments.

4. **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the production team, engineers, and maintenance personnel to optimize tooling processes and resolve any challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Tool Setter, preferably with experience in Romi and Sepro equipment.
- Familiarity with Injection moulding precision tools, robots and equipment used in manufacturing processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

**Education and Experience**:

- Relevant technical certifications or vocational training.
- Experience in an injection moulding department as a setter/technician, with a focus on Romi and Sepro equipment, is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
