The post holder will provide high quality project, service, initiative and administrative support including information and analysis predominantly to the Primary Care estates function but also the wider Primary Care team. This role will involve extensive liaison with Practices, Primary Care Networks and Integrated Care System partners.

We are looking for a person with experience of providing project, operational and administrative support. You should possess excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills and be capable of working autonomously to support the management, planning and delivery of a range of system and ICB wide projects/programmes, as directed by the Programme Leads.

The post holder will be expected to work flexibly providing full administrative support where directed and where the workload dictates
- Be the point of contact for Premises Improvement Grants, ensuring all documentation is provided and logged accordingly.
- Be the point of contact for any Practice or Primary Care Network request for additional space, ensuring that all additional space requests are logged and are considered in a timely fashion.
- The post holder is a key member of the team whose overarching goal is to enable, promote and support the effective use of data, information, knowledge and technology to improve, inform and support a portfolio of projects, services, and initiatives.
- Maintain an up-to-date record of leases, licenses and the dates of break clauses or lease/ license end dates.
- Track with Primary Care Commissioning any changes to GP and Primary Care estates changes and requirements.
- Undertake other duties/projects as may be required from time to time commensurate with the level of responsibility of the post.

The Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent NHS Integrated Care Board (ICB) is responsible for planning functions; managing the NHS budget and arranging the provision of health services in the geographical area.

Location - Home based/hybrid working (most of posts). Travel on occasions to a Hub location with at least 1 days notice

New starters are expected to collect IT equipment, from offices in Stoke-on-Trent, and if based at home are required to have appropriate desk/chair/ relevant equipment in compliance with DSE regulations

Posts at Band 8c and above, will take part in the On-call rota, flexible over 7 days, supporting the System Control Centre, with full training provided.

Unconscious Bias/Invisible Disability Training and Equality Induction are mandatory.

- Undertake and assist with specific estates projects at the direction of the Primary Care Estates Programme Lead and/or Planning and Development Officer.
- Assist in the delivery of estates project plans, allocating tasks as appropriate, identifying risks, issues and dependencies, considering best practice and current options and ultimately recommending decisions in the best interest of the project.
- Undertake information/project analysis as agreed with job lead.
- Contribute to effective information management within the team.
- Participate in relevant internal and external working groups/projects to provide information/analyst advice and support and to maintain data collection systems for its effective use by the team.
- Analyse and report on data and monitor the processing of data and information.
- Provides information to project lead on project and statistical information matters.
- Assist with any estates returns as required.
- Draft project reports.
- Maintain project risk registers and issues logs.
- Prioritise own work in relation to delegated projects.
