CL Events is an event agency, running prestigious conferences, charity balls, award ceremonies and virtual events.
We are looking for a bright, outgoing, tech-savvy administrator to join our small team in Cheam, near Sutton/Epsom, Surrey. To assist in the administration of corporate events.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure in all aspects of event management. We are willing to consider training for someone with the right attitude.
**KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Liaising with clients, guests, sponsors, speakers and venues
- Gathering and collating information
- Updating spreadsheets
- Updating in-house event management systems and databases
- Invoicing and credit control
**SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Computer literate and tech-savvy
- Confident Microsoft Office user
- Knowledge of WordPress, HTML, HubSpot CRM (if possible)
- Organisation and time management
- Logical approach to problem solving
**PERSONAL QUALITIES**
- Strong client service skills
- Well organised with great attention to detail
- Motivated, resourceful with a positive attitude
- Able to multi task, meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
**TERMS**
Part-time (3-5 days, 15 hours per week)
Wage: £12 per hour.
Mix of office and remote working
