**Administrator/Receptionist Job Description**

**Main purpose of the job**

**Principal duties**

- Administration - assist with invoices and general correspondence.
- Office supplies - ensure office is stocked as required.

**Detailed description of activities**

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for external and internal clients. The job is critical in creating the correct image for the Company with a polite, professional approach always required so that clients feel welcomed and looked after. Attention to detail will be important so that messages are relayed correctly and in a timely and accurate fashion.

**Duties will include**:

- Answering phone calls.
- Recording information given by clients.
- Distributing incoming mail accordingly.
- Issuing correspondence to clients as requested.
- Following up on unpaid invoices and answering queries.
- Working on ad hoc tasks as requested.
- Assisting staff across all teams where necessary.
- Monitoring stationary stocks and office supplies and ordering as required.
- Liaising with external contractors to maintain office equipment.

Clear communication skills both verbally and in writing

Good Interpersonal skills

Good organisational skills
