**Responsibilities**:

- Independently manage assigned security tasks and responsibilities according to client instructions and industry standards.
- Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to prevent unauthorized entry, theft, vandalism, and other security violations.
- Monitor surveillance systems and alarm systems, promptly responding to any suspicious activities or irregularities.
- Respond to emergencies and incidents, providing necessary assistance and taking appropriate action as required.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of incidents, observations, and activities during each assignment.
- Interact with clients, visitors, and other individuals in a professional and courteous manner, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure effective security operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Security Guard or in a related field is preferred.
- Possess a valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or relevant certifications.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently without direct supervision.
