SALARY: £24,650 Starting Salary + Package.

The ROLE
- Assume responsibility for the performance of production equipment
- Job change machines
- Tool change machines
- Maximise run time of allocated production lines
- Effectively set the machines to minimise material wastage
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong team player possessing the following attributes;
- Mechanical background
- A desire to learn the blow moulding process
- Happy to work permanent shift system
- Confident personable approach to working in a team
The Package
- Salary £21,500-£23,500 (Depending on Experience) whilst training, raising to a minimum of £23,500 after training
Structured 20 week training program.
Training on days then onto Continental shifts
Overtime available.
Contributory pension.
