Overview: Working alongside our client, a leading injection moulding manufacturer, we are looking for 4 Injection Moulding Setters to support continued business growth. Fantastic opportunity for a skilled Injection Moulding Setter to join a forward-thinking global company during a time of significant investment in their UK operations
Candidates MUST HAVE proven experience within injection moulding manufacturing and demonstrable knowledge of injection moulding machinery, processes and materials
An exciting time to secure a stable position with a company committed to investment in the ongoing training and development of their staff
As Injection Moulding Setter you will ensure correct material is supplied to the machine in accordance with the production order
Starting and set up of injection moulding machines, automation systems and ancillaries as required
Energy management of machines not needed for production, applies to switching off pumps on injection moulding machines, conveyor motors etc
Equipping the IML systems with IML films, documenting the order change and removing the labels and finished parts of the previous order
Assist with new machinery / products being introduced to site including sample production
Ensure all production documentation is returned to the appropriate department for recording and storage
Ensure high standards of hygiene and housekeeping are maintained at all times
Industry recognized injection moulding qualifications
Demonstrable experience within injection moulding manufacturing
Working knowledge of injection moulding machinery, processes and materials
