An exciting opportunity has arisen for Home Administrator to join our amazing team at Meadowbrook Place an exceptional, brand new, all-inclusive luxury care home based in Bishops Stortford

Connaught Care is a brand new, marketing leading company, with twelve homes in development across the South of England. Meadowbrook Care home is set to open in Summer 2024.

**Position**:
**Administrator**

**40 hour Full Time Contract**

**£40,000 per annum**

Reporting to the Deputy Manager and General Manager, you will be a part of the Home Management Leadership Team, and will be involved in the decision making within the home. The opportunity to join the team at such a unique and exciting time, developing this luxury home, the team and culture is an outstanding opportunity and we are looking for extraordinary people to make this happen.

**Qualifications/ Requirements**:
You will have a great ability to adapt communication style depending upon the individual using interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and adopt a coaching approach, Self-motivated, highly organised and have the ability to prioritise. Team members must have a can-do, positive, and engaging approach to building relationships with residents, relatives and team members. A broad knowledge of HR matters and experience of processing payroll are also essential.
