**Key Responsibilities**:
- To assist in all areas of Purchasing
- To be a company champion of both the purchasing system (Tevalis-setting up new users, providing support and training) and the labour management system (Harri).
- Ensure that the purchasing database is maintained with supplier details, products, and pricing.
- Assisting with the gathering of data for the monthly payroll and management accounts.
- Assisting with maintenance of the company cash flow forecast.
- Weekly P&L assistance, month end assistance and month end labour reconciliations.
- Ensuring that appropriate accounting processes, systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained.
- Management of ONS surveys.
- Ensure goods purchased and suppliers adhere to the company’s sustainability ethos.
- Responsible for review of accuracy of invoices / credit notes process by Chefs / other Managers.
**Requirements**:
- Actively studying AAT or similar qualification or an accountancy graduate
- Previous experience with MS Outlook and Excel (necessary)
- F&B experience essential
- Intermediate excel skills
- Numerical and analytical skills
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Adaptable to a changing environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
