We are looking for a highly experienced and driven individual to join our well established corporate Patient Safety Team.

The Governance Facilitator is a crucial role in supporting services to achieve good quality governance by embedding effective incident and risk
management processes into practice, providing advice relating to the safety of patients, supporting clinical teams and services with quality
improvement in quality and patient safety and ensuring robust mechanisms are in place for good practice to be shared and learning to take place proactively across teams throughout the Trust.

To contribute to improvements in the quality and safety of services for our patients and service users, drawing on information and learning from
the various sources in and external to the Trust.

The partnership between Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust (BEH) and Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust (C&I) is going from strength to strength since it was originally established in 2021 forming the North London Mental Health Partnership.

In order to meet the needs of the new Partnership services you may be required from time to time to work at different locations to your normal place of work. This may mean that you are required to work at any location that fall under Barnet, Enfield and Harringay Trust and Camden and Islington Trust. The Trust reserves the right to require staff to work at such other places or locations as it considers reasonable and necessary on a temporary or permanent basis.
