Trainee Customer Service Advisor - Portbury - £11.53ph

BlueArrow are looking for 2* Trainee Customer Service Advisors to work with our client based in Portbury near Bristol. This is an excellent role for someone with good customer service skills who is seeking to jump from a different background such as Retail or Warehouse Administration. The company offer excellent training and development opportunities to support you in taking your career to the next level.

Working Hours: 07:00 - 15:30 / 09:00 - 17:30 - Monday - Friday

Main Job Responsibilities:

- Order Processing
- Inbound Customer Service calls and Outbound Customer Order Update Calls.
- Good IT Skills including Microsoft Office and ability to learn other ones.
- Customer Service Experience (Not necessarily on the phone)
- Be comfortable working with a friendly team
- Ability to Travel to Portbury Daily either by your own transport or on public transport.
