Are you a registered Band 4 Nurse Associate looking for a new opportunity to work in an organisation that will help you develop and achieve your goals to be the best you can be?

Ward 21 and 22 specialise in colorectal and upper gastrointestinal surgery which includes bariatric surgery.

The wards form one of the largest Colorectal Units in the UK managing both general surgical and specialist colorectal emergencies.

Both wards take discharges directly from ITU, often following multiple complex procedures.

We are a friendly team of experienced and highly skilled surgical staff, making this a perfect learning environment for band 4's wanting to develop their skills or explore a new sector of nursing.

The patients we care for are at the heart of everything we do. We recognise that delivering high quality care requires a culture of lifelong learning and development. With this in mind we have developed an extensive and exciting band five career pathway offering a number of exciting options to develop your Nursing career. We are totally committed to helping you realise your potential. Whatever direction your career takes you we can support you to achieve it.

As a band 4 in CHUGGS you will have a clear development plan. In addition to your induction and new starter appraisal each specialty will clearly outline a plan of learning for you to follow.
