**Project Executive**

This is a new role within a well-funded business that is a building state of the art full fibre network in the South East. We are the owner of the network, and have significant investment from a respected UK-based fund manager.

We are rolling out our brand new Full Fibre optic broadband network for residents and businesses across East Sussex, West Sussex and Kent.

We install Multi-dwelling units (MDUs), with the written consent of the land/building owner(s). These ‘Wayleave Agreements’ allow us to place and maintain our infrastructure in their building(s).

Typically projects can take between 12-16 weeks to be granted necessary consents. If a project is more complex, this can take considerably longer.

Supporting the MDU Business Development Manager, as Project Executive you’ll be responsible for booking / sending surveys, issuing and securing Wayleave agreements and scheduling installations.

**Responsibilities**

Researching owners of land and buildings from whom we need to obtain permission to access their property;
Top level administration with accurate record keeping;
Accurately completing and submitting wayleave documents;
Be responsible for your own workload with the support from the MDU Manager;
Provide weekly status reports for tasks in progress.

**About you;**

You’ll have excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Communicate with interested parties using standard templates and/or drafting appropriately worded ancillary correspondence;
IT Systems competency;
Well organised;

**Salary**: Up to £26,000.00 per year
