Zest4Talent are delighted to be recruiting for an Events Co-ordinator for a leading charity based on the outskirts of Woking. A competitive salary of £25-30k will be offered with excellent benefits including 5 weeks holiday and flexitime within a 37.5 hr week 5 day week.

**Events Coordinator (Charity) person specification**

**Reporting to the Events Manager your daily responsibilities will include**:

- Work closely with the Head of Events and CEO in the strategic planning of all Events.
- Attend relevant planning meetings as required with authorities and to be involved in the negotiation of what is required for the events.
- Support the negotiations with contractors and suppliers to ensure the best financial deals possible, and also to ensure a high standard of work is maintained at all times.
- Ensuring that all stock records are accurately kept at all times, and that required stock is purchased when required.
- Budgeting and costing events
- Maintaining full briefing notes along with de-briefing notes.
- Maintaining and developing a contacts database of contractors and suppliers
- Adhoc support to ensure the event runs smoothly.
