**Job Description**:
**The team**

The planning team are our clients’ key contacts; they are confident on all aspects of the media strategy & media planning. As marketplace & media experts, they own the process & media plans from curation to execution & analysis, and must constantly think as the client does, and with a growth mind-set.

**The client**

Reckitt appointed Zenith as a part of global consolidation of the business win in 2009. In this role you will work on Reckitt Health account, across a range of categories and brands that will provide an exciting mix of challenges and different thinking. The work itself will be rewarding as you’ll be exposed to most of what Zenith offers to it clients - planning, strategy, insights/analytics and partnerships/sponsorship to name but a few areas.

Reckitt’s annual media investment is c£32M and includes a broad media mix of Offline and online channels like TV, VOD, CTV, OOH, Radio, Print, planning digital channels, Paid partnership etc. You will be exposed to all planning of all media channels and opportunity to plan out of the box thinking ideas to drive excellent partnerships.

**Responsibilities**

The Planning Executive is responsible for assisting the wider team in the successful delivery of an effective & efficient media plan, end to end, working with support teams across activation, insight, data, and the client

Sitting within the planning team, they will touch new campaigns planning & execution, audience & marketplace insight discovery, reporting & measurement and much more.
- Own the overall media plan, with an holistic view of the role online/offline plays.
- Monitor campaign activity and interpreting the information/data and present key campaign findings/insight.
- Help arrange regular weekly status meetings and other relevant meetings with clients.
- Monitor competitor activity and share regular updates/reports with clients
- Learn all planning related tools and use them to take out key insights
- Investigate and distribute relevant facts/insights to the wider internal team and to the client team.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent Communication skills (written and oral).
- High attention to detail.
- Experience using Excel and PowerPoint
- Logical - finds it easy to problem solve
- Be proactive in supporting team and keen to learn new things
