We have an exciting permanent opportunity for an individual to join our well-established office based administrative team. We require an individual who is competent in working in a fast-paced environment, using an array of computer systems and is keen to develop new skills.

**Essential criteria**

GCSE/GCE 'O' level in English and Maths (Grade A-C) or equivalent;
A minimum of 2 years paid administrative experience in a busy office environment, working to tight deadlines;
Experience in Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Outlook and Word;
Strong communication skills and the ability to multi task is essential

Ability to work within a team and manage your desk effectively

Hours are: Monday - Friday (08:00 - 17:00)

Salary is based on experience

**About The Role**

**The Role**

The role is working as part of a busy team for our client Northern Ireland Water

It will incorporate a combination of administration duties and telephone work

Using templates to create letters for the Supervisors

Responsible for processing work orders / running weekly and monthly reports / monitoring jobs to ensure they are completed in a timely manner

Producing “job packs”, which includes creating and processing maps

Liaison with various Supervisors by telephone and face to face

You will also answer telephone queries both internally and externally

Any ad-hoc duties as required

Full training will be given on our bespoke systems

**Required Criteria**
- GCSE / 'O'Level in English and Maths
- Working experience of MS Office
- Strong Communication skills
- Organised and methodical
