We are recruiting for an exciting client in Lancashire that work within the sporting industry to help communities and individuals with their lifestyles. They are looking for a Marketing Officer to provide essential marketing and communications support to a specific project they have just started working on.

- At least 3 years’ experience working within a marketing role
- Able to use and experience with Adobe suite and Canva
- Experience with using a CMS in regard to website content and running targeted paid digital ads on social media
- Confident in using a CRM system to deliver engaging communications
- Experience in using PPC as and leading internal and external engagement events
- Excellent written skills with the ability to write for different audiences and purposes
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines, with great organisational skills
- Great Read on._

**The Role**
- Digital Marketing: _
- Responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of the website to ensure a positive user experience
- Management of all social media accounts sharing regular content about the campaign, the paid ads and PPC
- Campaign Management: _
- Controlling the campaign calendar, including national awareness days and internal campaigns
- Creating content to engage the programs target audience and delivering regular reports on the performance of marketing activity to the different teams
- CRM and Customer Experience: _
- Working with the Marketing and Communications Manager to develop end-end communications plan for the contacts within the CRM system
- Stakeholder relationships: _
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners so that consistent marketing and communications are delivered
- To conduct quarterly ESF branding and publicity compliance checks on Delivery Partners marketing collateral and channels to the satisfaction of the DWP Funding body
- Events: _
- Attend external events to represent the brand, including regional awards ceremonies and celebration events and networking events
- Work with programme staff to deliver key events across the calendar, including engagement events with workplace health champions
- PR: _
- Draft and circulate engaging press releases that communicate key programme messages and share successes with local businesses
- Build strong relationships with local, relevant media who can amplify reach to the business community, such as Lancashire Business View and local newspapers
