**Job Description**:

AECOM is currently seeking a CAD/BIM Technician with Revit experience to be based in Bristol. You will be responsible for assisting the BIM lead producing designs and assisting the delivery of projects through BIM and Revit as part of a well-established team in the South West.

**Qualifications**:
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
Successful track record of project delivery with Revit.

Background in Building Services coordination

Experience in the full cycle of project design delivery from inception to detailed design.

Develop engineer’s concepts and sketches into accurate models and drawings through direct communications with limited supervision.

In-depth experience within a work-sharing environment (CDE) and demonstratable experience using 3D coordination software.

Ambition and enthusiasm to gain further training and grow within the company.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to organise workloads and prioritise tasks.

Able to obtain baseline security clearance

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
Sound knowledge of BS1192 BS and EN ISO 19650
