Success Recruit are currently working with a Global Distributor looking to recruit a Finance Manager to join a fast paced and growing business in Central Essex.

This newly created position within the business will be supporting the Finance Director daily and working closely with senior management to ensure the business is structured on the highest level with finance support and developing the business as it continuesto expand outside of the UK.

**The successful Finance Manager will be expected to**:

- Ideally qualified ACMA / ACA / ACCA and have at least two years qualified experience within group set ups and multi currencies
- Continue their career development within a growing business
- Demonstrate a strong team player & previous leadership skills
- Demonstrate a strong commercial understanding, ideally within growing businesses

**Purpose of the Role**:
The Finance Manager should act as the central point of contact for all daily of activity and will be leading a small team. Responsible for ensuring best practise and supporting the senior management team and directors with continued growth, this positiongives the opportunity to personal and commercially develop skillset.

**Daily Duties**:

- Monthly management accounts and KPIs, aligned to the needs of the directors
- Budgets, forecasts, and project evaluation
- Cash flow management including forecasts, receipts, and payments
- Increasing the profile of Finance within the business
- Credit control, sales ledger, and purchase ledger
- Leading and developing the Finance team of five
- Liaison with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, HMRC and other relevant contacts
- Reviewing and improving efficiency and systems used

This position would suit someone who is ambitious and driven to continue their own development within the finance sector. The opportunity will involve supporting the finance teams continued development as well and providing high quality information to managementat all times with the long term objective of becoming the Finance Director.

**Hours**:Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm

**Salary**: Circa £50k+ dependant on experience
