**Salaries: From £10.78 per hour, plus service charge.**

Depending on the role and hours worked, in our core Spring/Summer months, our Bar Staff have earnt up to £600 in service charge per month. Whilst service charge varies, in the summer, there is never a quiet day at THE PIG - at Harlyn Bay, so you can expect your piggy bank to be filled.

**Our Pay Promise - Everyone in our business earns above the National Living Wage, regardless of age.**

**Contracts Available**:0-hour contract, immediate start or a Fixed-Term, Seasonal/Summer Contract - May/June Start Dates with contracts ending in September/October.

**Hours**:0-hour casual - as/when required.

Fixed-Term, Seasonal Contracts - Full & Part-Time hours available.

During the warmer months, THE PIG - at Harlyn Bay becomes extremely popular, welcoming hotel guests, pre-booked reservations, and walk-ins. Our hotel sleeps at full capacity, providing our teams with a buzzy, atmospheric place of work all day, every day.

To meet the demand, we require Bar Staff to drive the service within our bar lounges and outdoor courtyards.

Our bars at THE PIG’s are unique We smash, muddle, blend, shake and throw our way to making our guests the perfect drink. All our cocktails are designed with the kitchen garden in mind. This provides the essential ingredients to infuse our locally sourced spirits. Our vodkas are infused by the herbs, flowers and berries from the kitchen garden, bacon is added to our bourbon and caramel to our rum. There is no limit to what we can do and this all comes from the creative minds of our bar team.

We want our team to bring their personality to the job in hand and enjoy where they work. At THE PIG - at Harlyn Bay, you will experience the seasonal produce grown within our kitchen garden and interactions with a variety of people in an informal setting. We encourage creativity and want our staff to feel empowered to give that little extra in everything they do.

Any experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential. We are looking for smiley, friendly people who strive from working in a fast paced and fun environment.
