An outgoing, organised and flexible individual is required to provide general reception and clerical support to various health care professionals based within Leven Health Centre.

We are looking for a positive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as your primary role will be providing an appointment booking service to the public.

I.T. proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. A working knowledge of (TIARA) and electronic patient appointment booking systems would be advantageous.

Previous clerical / administration experience is required as is the ability to prioritise and deal with your day to day workload without immediate supervision. You will be adaptable, working both independently and as part of a wider team. Previous experience in a NHS setting would be desirable.

The ability to travel throughout the Kirkcaldy / Levenmouth area is required.

Please note the salary for this post is pro rata to part time hours.
