**As an Administrator, you will be**:

- Ensuring that the residents are respected and listened to
- Making sure that a 5-star service is offered to all residents, families and visitors
- Have great communicational skills
- Be involved in developing and supporting the home to maintain outstanding
- Supporting the Registered manager in any area of admin support they may need
